For all that are using our ESP Online program I felt this would be a great place for each one of you to explore and find simple tricks and tips on how to use our ESP Online program to its fullest. A simple tip that not many people know about is the favorites tab. You can view the “Top Word Searches Last Week” from over 33 thousand users. This is a great way to see what the rest of the industry is looking at. Another simple tip about ESP Online is the advanced search screen, from this page you can search for creative ideas. This function can be found in the bottom left corner under “ideas”. This can and will help you find new and creative ideas for your customers up and coming events or task today. The last tip is for when that customer calls in saying “I need something between a set price range”. Here is the easy way to solve that problem. Use the idea field or just type into the “price range” field the scope and quantity and hit search. Thousands of ideas will come up and you just need to find that perfect item(s) that is best for your customer.
