{"id":71,"date":"2009-08-30T19:52:18","date_gmt":"2009-08-30T19:52:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/2009\/08\/30\/shameless-promotion-month\/"},"modified":"2009-08-31T16:07:15","modified_gmt":"2009-08-31T16:07:15","slug":"shameless-promotion-month","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/2009\/08\/30\/shameless-promotion-month\/","title":{"rendered":"Shameless Promotion Month!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to Chase\u2019s Calendar of Events, September is Shameless Promotion month and I\u2019m looking forward to seeing what Admar Promotions Group is up to this month!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Last year at the TOPPS Show I was invited to the Hospitality Suite they had set up for their clients and was very impressed with what an incredibly good job they did on utilizing promotional products to create a total experience for the clients.<\/p>\n<p>The overall theme involved the Olympics and was well tied into all the elements of the experience. As people came into the room they were greeted at the reception desk and presented with a number of promotional items, including a custom notebook. The notebook had a cut out to display an Olympic torch with the admar.ca showing thru.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/011.jpg\" title=\"011.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/011.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"011.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The notebook also included a custom printed page with information on their commitment to the environment and some of the environmentally friendly products they provide. With the notebook clients were also presented with a USB pen which included a PowerPoint presentation for their clients titled \u201cReasons to go Green\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/021.JPG\" title=\"021.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/021.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"021.JPG\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/031.jpg\" title=\"031.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/031.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"031.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Notebook\/Pen to take notes while walking the show they were also provided with a bag for collecting information and samples on the show floor.<\/p>\n<p>But here\u2019s what I think was genius \u2013 at the registration desk clients were presented with an Olympic Medal (actually it was a chocolate coin attached to a ribbon) they were encouraged to have their picture taken wearing the medal by a photographer Admar had hired.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/041.jpg\" title=\"041.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/asicanada-asicentral.com\/FredLeslie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/041.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"041.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After the picture was taken they were told to make sure they came back to the suite after walking the show to pick up their picture.
